Centrifugal Turbines Easy to install Aesthetic and silent They improve your environments Safe operation for years The TC Series centrifugal turbines are used for air exchange in industrial warehouses and in all locations where it is necessary to extract large volumes of air, with low pressure and noise levels. In the event of a fire, the motor, which is not traversed by the extracted airflow, can operate for several hours even at temperatures up to 120 °C, helping to evacuate toxic and asphyxiating fumes and vapors. They are constructed with various materials (stainless steel – aluminum – copper) and in different configurations to make them suitable for extracting: hot gases, smoke from wood-burning fireplaces, fumes and vapors from industrial kitchen hoods, restaurants, chemical hoods, etc. The impeller, with high-efficiency backward-curved blades, is dynamically balanced and mounted on the motor shaft, whose size is a compromise between absorbed power, shaft diameter, and bearing size, to ensure continuous operation for many years without maintenance. The motor is protected from the elements by a fiberglass dome; upon request, the cover can be made of stainless steel, copper, or aluminum, in a shape agreed upon with the customer. Mounting base, protective grille, and other accessories upon request make it suitable for every industrial and civil application.
