Cassette filter

Cassette filter with high average efficiency for fine dust filtration in HVAC and industrial systems.
filtro a cassetta
Description
The Cassette Filter is a replacement filter with high filtration performance and stability over time. Classified as F9 according to EN 779:2002, it offers an average efficiency of about 96% on airborne particles, making it ideal for final or intermediate filtration applications in industrial ventilation systems. With an initial pressure drop of about 175 Pa and a recommended final pressure drop of 650 Pa, it maintains a good balance between efficiency and air resistance. Standard sizes are available for immediate delivery, and custom cuts and variants are possible upon request for specific plant requirements.

FAQ

The box filter is suitable for industrial processes where controlling airborne emissions is necessary. Its configuration can be adapted to a single workstation or integrated into an existing extraction system, helping to maintain a more stable and controlled working air environment.

The box filter is designed to capture airborne emissions through a modular filtration system (up to 96%), with filter elements selected to ensure continuous operation. Multiple filtration stages may be used depending on particle size and contaminant concentration.

For the box filter, proper sizing depends on capture distance, intake geometry, and system pressure losses. When available, the indicative range corresponds to the airflow required at the capture point; in any case, it is recommended to verify data at the actual emission source and under operating conditions.

The box filter requires periodic checks of filters, gaskets, and seals, as well as cleaning or replacing filter elements based on workload. For versions with self-cleaning, it is useful to monitor differential pressure and schedule maintenance before performance decreases.

To properly integrate the box filter, attention should be paid to positioning relative to the source, sealing connections, and providing access for inspection and maintenance. It is also important to ensure compatibility with company safety procedures and the characteristics of the contaminants being treated.
