Axial Fan Series ART

When there is a need to move large volumes of air or fumes in ducted systems, the ART Series is the industrial solution designed for high flow rates and applications even at high temperatures.
Description

The ART Series of industrial axial fans is designed for use in ducted systems and for the movement of large volumes of air or fumes in industrial environments. Thanks to their configuration, these fans provide an effective solution whenever high airflow rates are required with continuous and reliable operation.

The ART range covers airflow capacities from 3,000 to 50,000 m³/h, with pressures up to 800 Pa, making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial ventilation and extraction applications. Standard versions are designed to operate at temperatures below 90 °C, while special executions can be supplied on request for the extraction of air and fumes at temperatures of up to 300 °C.

The design flexibility of the ART Series allows the fans to be tailored to the specific requirements of each system, offering a robust and high-performance solution for managing airflow in demanding industrial environments.

FAQ

The Axial Fan Series ART is suitable for industrial processes where it is necessary to handle fumes. The configuration can be adapted to a single workstation or integrated into an existing extraction system, helping to keep the working air more stable and controlled.

The Axial Fan Series ART is designed to handle fumes through a modular filtration system, using selected filter elements to ensure operational continuity. The possible presence of multiple filtration stages is defined based on the particle size and concentration of the contaminants.

For the Axial Fan Series ART, sizing depends on capture distance, intake geometry, and system pressure losses. When available, the indicative airflow range is 3,000–50,000 m³/h; in any case, it is recommended to verify the data based on the actual emission point and operating conditions.

The Axial Fan Series ART requires periodic checks of filters, gaskets, and seals, as well as cleaning or replacement of the filter elements according to the workload. In versions equipped with self-cleaning systems, it is useful to monitor differential pressure and plan maintenance before performance decreases.

To properly integrate the Axial Fan Series ART, attention must be paid to positioning relative to the source, sealing of connections, and accessibility for inspection and maintenance. It is also important to verify compatibility with company safety procedures and with the characteristics of the treated contaminants.
