Axial Fan Series AR

AR Series axial fans for ducted systems and large air or smoke flows, with customizable configurations up to 90 °C and in stainless steel.
Description

The AR Series of industrial axial fans is designed for ducted installations, where it is necessary to move and transport large volumes of air or fumes continuously and reliably. It is a solution intended to easily integrate into extraction and supply networks, offering performance suitable for systems with high flow rates and significant pressure losses. Under standard conditions, the series operates at temperatures below 60 °C, with flow rates ranging from 2,000 to 80,000 m³/h and pressures up to 1,400 Pa. For specific requirements, it is possible to configure dedicated versions, for example, to extract air up to 90 °C or with stainless steel construction, when the working environment or contaminants require more resistant materials.

FAQ

The Axial Fan Series AR is suitable for industrial processes where it is necessary to handle fumes. The configuration can be adapted to a single workstation or integrated into an existing extraction system, helping to keep the working air more stable and controlled.

The Axial Fan Series AR is designed to handle fumes through a modular filtration system, using selected filter elements to ensure operational continuity. The possible presence of multiple filtration stages is defined based on the particle size and concentration of the contaminants.

For the Axial Fan Series AR, sizing depends on capture distance, intake geometry, and system pressure losses. When available, the indicative airflow range is 2,000–80,000 m³/h; in any case, it is recommended to verify the data based on the actual emission point and operating conditions.

The Axial Fan Series AR requires periodic checks of filters, gaskets, and seals, as well as cleaning or replacement of the filter elements according to the workload. In versions equipped with self-cleaning systems, it is useful to monitor differential pressure and plan maintenance before performance decreases.

To properly integrate the Axial Fan Series AR, attention must be paid to positioning relative to the source, sealing of connections, and accessibility for inspection and maintenance. It is also important to verify compatibility with company safety procedures and with the characteristics of the treated contaminants.
